  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags
  4. Ship the Return: Use the provided shipping label or ship to our returns address with tracking information
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs if we sent you the wrong item
  • Customer Preference Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to preference (size, color, style, etc.)
  • International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs duties

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection Period: Returns are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Approved Returns: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval

Damaged or Defective Items
